INTELLIWELD® CONTROL SYSTEM & WELD DATA MANAGEMENT

Holland officially began offering its Intelliweld Control System to customers across the world in 2025.  For over a decade our fleet of nearly 200 MobileWelders in North America and Australia have been using the Intelliweld system to provide an unmatched degree of accuracy and > 99.99% weld quality conformance. Proven from heavy haul to high-speed rail, control system and welders ensure precision whether welding new rail or old to new.

The flagship welder in our fleet is the H-650. Its field-tested design has been improved over time based on the knowledge gained from making over 250,000 flash-butt welds on our own machines each year.  The low sensor design makes it more durable and replaceable electrode inserts that lower the cost of operation. Coupled with Intelliweld, this tried and true welder becomes the H-650ITW with automated features including calibration, alignment, in-process weld parameter adjustments and shearing ensure precision and quality.

solutions to allow for greater testing frequency and safer railways. Our Portable Inspection Systems are lightweight, portable and cost-effective track measurement systems to turn any road-railer (hi-rail) with a standard hitch into a track measurement platform.

Our Argus UGMS system utilizes available on-board power of the platform, such as locomotives or passenger vehicles to test track condition with an overall reduced cost and minimize the number of components to maintain. To learn more about these rail measurement systems and services, click here.
